Ask about current group fees

Before your first session

A little clarity,
before you begin.

Questions about cost are welcome. You can discuss fees and available options before deciding to start.

Insurance & reimbursement

Many insurance providers will fully or partially reimburse payments to a psychotherapist. Coverage depends on your plan and the practitioner you see.

Before booking with an associate on our team, confirm with your insurance provider that they will reimburse sessions with that practitioner.

Sliding scale options

Some practitioners offer sliding scale services. Availability and the rate may vary depending on your capacity to pay. Please ask your therapist about the options.

Cancellations & missed sessions

Except under extreme circumstances, the full session fee is charged for sessions that are missed or cancelled within 24 hours.
